The Process
Before I set by the Client for re-branding. I do some research to get familiar with the Problems that the Customer and employees of my shareholder faces or missing from the Company, and get familiar with the terminology of the industry that the shareholder uses in their day to day. 

After I do the research,  I set with the shareholder and get to define the brand Value Position and Vision if needed or realign the shareholder vision and Value Position of the Brand with his employees so they can reach the Vision, and Define the Brand Attribute With persona of the main target audience.

After the meeting and came out with the value positional statement of the Brand and Defined the mission of what we need to do, and Vision of the brand what will make the Company Stand out from the Competition and Speak to the target audience the way the shareholder intended.
