BACKGROUND / PROJECT SCOPE
A large portion of ViaSat’s marketing budget was allocated for the corporate annual report. However, visuals previously produced could not be repurposed for other marketing needs. A bold move was made to shift processes, streamline content, and maximize resources.

GOALS
To target investors more effectively; Simplify the process of developing the annual report by reducing costs and ensuring adequate budget for all marketing material; and transfer all ViaSat content to a digital platform.

APPROACH
ViaSat had a diverse array of products and services. 

In order to unify the information in a way that spoke directly to investors, we developed relevant, easy-to-read, concise content. 

To broaden readership beyond the printed version, we introduced and oversaw the development of the first online publication. 

By implementing simple abstract images, we significantly reduced the annual’s photography budget.
