The building of a tower of a review should combine in itself function of entertaining object and a building a symbol.
The basic idea of the project to combine symbols of four elements in one object.
The island is the earth. Space between plates symbolise itself water, a wind and the sun.
Facades from outside a beach are made with use of light-emitting diodes that gives the chance to use a huge plane as the telescreen.
