Through Branding & Buzzing, I was contracted to produce design (print & digital)
elements for an event at Maison Publique in Montreal for Scotland Food & Drink.

The event featured fresh Scottish dishes created by Maison Publique's Chef, Derek Dammann. The menu included Lochlander Scottish Salmon “Ravigote,” Scotch Lamb Rack & Sauce Paloise, Scottish Langoustine & Ailoi, and Scotch Lamb Tartare with Jalapeño & Mint. 'The offering is in celebration of a selection of Scottish products now available in Canada, as well as in anticipation of many more products to hit the market in the coming months.' noted on B&B's blog.
The Scotch Surf & Turf dinner was an invitational industry preview dinner, that was collaboration of both the Scottish Development International (SDI) and Seafood Scotland which are both helping the Canadian market grow imports from Scotland.
