This project aims to facilitate the management of business and personal documents through a specialized set of tools, assisting in the control of expiration and renewal of documents, through an interface that allows the immediate management of the most relevant actions and data at the moment, as well as with the intelligent use of preventive alerts.

Registration of form fields
This functionality will allow an authorized user to register which form fields exist on the platform. This registration will allow the creation of a collection of fields that will compose all forms of all types of platform documents.

Registration of document types
The document type is an abstract definition for a document that determines which fields will exist in its register, its metadata, and which events the system recognizes.

The user will have access to his documents through a list available in two versions, table, that is, several rows containing in each cell the basic file data such as type, description, creation date or tree view.
