ALjomar是唯一一家集合自家牧场、饲料生产厂、屠宰场和火腿制作工厂为一体的公司。养殖方面，ALjomar选用来自伊比利亚半岛南部的纯正血统伊比利亚黑毛猪在林中散养，它们以充足的橡木果为食，从而长出等同橄榄油油酸的“优质脂肪”。

云月江弯 “拈花”的每一款火腿放在那里都像是一张黑胶唱片。可是当你拿起把玩翻转就会发现深藏其中的秘密， 通过“唱片”背面窗花的设计，你可以清晰地看到伊比利亚火腿诱人的纹理。这是我们想要和你玩的一个小游戏，也是“拈花”由来的谜底。
ALjomar is the only company that integrates its own ranch, feed production plant, slaughterhouse and ham production plant. In terms of farming, ALjomar selects pure Iberian black hairy pigs from the southern Iberian peninsula in the forest, and they feed on ample oak fruits to grow "quality fat" equivalent to olive oil oleic acid.
Every ham of “NIAN HUA” looks like a vinyl record there. But when you pick up and flip it, you will find the secret hidden in it. Through the design of the window on the back of the "record", you can clearly see the attractive texture of Iberian ham. This is a small game that we want to play with you.
