Built on a huge sand dune near the North Sea, this lighthouse and all the grains of sand built in it will face return into the circle of life sometime in the near future, as the dune is constantly moving and has to face heavy weather and winds all year long. Some parts of the buildings around the tower already disappeared into the maw of the deep sea.

Tales say you can hear the grains of sand talking to each other by night.

Located just a few kilometres away from where the Baltic Sea merges the North Sea, this giant of sand is lingering in between green meadows and the vast extends of the ocean.
