Responsive Redesign

LocaliQ offers small to mid-sized companies everything they need to be successful when going digital. The first step is getting a website up and running but the order fulfillment process was long and arduous for the sales team members. 

I led the redesign project with the goal to reduce the process from weeks to days.
Distilling a Complex System

I met with the sales team to understand the pain points they experienced with the sales tool in order to create paths (user flows) that made their workflow more streamlined.


Rapid Ideation

Sketching out my ideas helped me develop concepts quickly and communicate ideas to the client before digging too deep into the process. 


A Sales Tool That Excites 

The final result was a website sales tool that is not only easy-to-use but made the website process an almost mindless activity. I utilized whitespace and clear calls to action in order to focus attention on task completion.  
A Design System

We created a design system in order to create consistency for the user, efficiency for the development team, and easy maintenance for the client.
KEY FEATURES

Dashboard
A new dashboard feature that keeps sales team members up-to-date on their performance and new product releases.

A Product Page with Talking Points
The product page is now in a format that a majority of sales team members use to easily explain product highlights to their clients.

Upselling
I included upsells at pivotal points in the order process that also made complemented the current sales flow.

Order Form
Once the most complicated and mundane part of the experience is now turned into a delightful and approachable experience.
