The installation was part of the MEDS - Meeting of Design Students which took place in Ljubljana, in August 2012. The overall theme was "SenseAbility" - the "ability" to use more our other senses while experiencing urban space, not just the visual.
The concept guidelines of the installation came from Przemysław Chimczak and Alicja Sawicka, who were the tutors of the workshop. The final design is, however, the result of teamwork, debating and brainstorming.
What we wanted the installation to be was a place to get away from all the noises one can find in the city, a place to enjoy sound, to relax, to meditate, or to have fun. The site was in Tabor Park, a place which is known for hosting artists' installations, fairs and other social activities in Ljubljana.
The design had an organic shape which gave the feeling of space both underneath and inside it. The materials used were steel wire, linen string, some recycled rubber and recycled MDF.
On the main wire structure stood a secondary structure, which held the MDF pieces, hanging at different levels. Little rubber pieces were used to prevent the rope from slipping on the cables.

When the wind blew, the pieces moved and made a calming sound.
After 75m of steel wire, 7000 knots, 2000m of linen string and 3000 pieces of MDF and a few days' work, the installation was completed and ready to be explored by the very curious passers-by. It also became a part of the park's events.

The public's feedback was amazing: people of all ages were interested on seeing what was going on with the installation and started interacting with it.
The installation was up for a month.
