A seasonal programme for the Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore.
This programme showcases the highlight exhibition of 2019 for the museum, Guo Pei: Chinese Art and Couture. The exhibition presents a dialogue between historical and contemporary Chinese design, juxtaposing embroidered masterworks by China’s foremost couturière with Chinese artworks from the museum.
Repetitive score-lines were debossed through the pages, to resemble stitching, and echoes the movement of an embroidery needle through the programme.
