Qurate Intranet Workflow Interface Concept

OBJECTIVE
The objectives are to design a system that will facilitate an easy-to-use interface for our employees (possibly vendors) in a manner that will have the backing of our UXD department; meaning designing to best practices, incorporating the appropriate levels of branding, and designing with reusable elements. Think of responsive movement, so the designs can readjust around tablets and smartphones. Expect the work to lay the foundation for all internal systems within Qurate.
INSPIRATION
Minimal design, such as design of InVision.
FOCUS
Focus is on three main pages. Form, Dashboard, Project Ticket.

WIREFRAMES
- DASHBOARD -
The dashboard will be the most popular page for all employees working to fulfill requests.
- Single global (federated) search, with filters
- Displays a queue of requests.
Every request will always have an associated status (ie. On Hold, Active, Inactive etc.)
The statuses themselves will be defined at a future date. Likely a table w/many rows and columns.
- An area to show the process flow for the ticket, which will highlight the current step in the process.
- Notifications (i.e. when a request has been completed.)
WIREFRAMES
- TICKETS -
A page where the user will complete their task. Page comprises of due date, notifications. An area showing the current step, in context of all the steps for the request (ie. step 4 of 8) -> left column of sketch. Area for. Area for comments and input from various teams on the completion of the ticket – this has not been discussed in any way, no requirements beyond the ability to read and add comments (ergo not a space to spend much time.) An area showing related assets (similar photos, thumbnails/links to previous requests that were related) -> right column in sketch.
