In my woodland photographs I havetried to establish an intimate link between people and nature defined by the traces and evidence left behind byprevious visitors. There is an ambiguity caused by the relationship between theenjoyment of nature and the needless destruction of it. Often there isan esoteric feel to the images that can be unnerving giving the impression thatthere may be underground activity at work.
