Absense
A wordmark I created for an imaginary show called "Absence".
The story is set in the future where mind reading technology has been fully developed and taken root in people’s daily lives.
They use a wearable device to translate neural signals to words and actions.
People enjoy and celebrate the benefits of this technology until one day a series of strange things happen, they begin to realize their minds have been monitored and controlled by the government.
Concepts
I pitched three design directions:
a)Dystopian: Government overreach, Surveillance;
b)Singularity: Technological/Intelligence explosion;
c)Communication: Connection and empathy;
And decided to keep pushing the first concept.
