























Results and learnings
The client had an existing site so the implementation of the redesign was phased over 1-2 years.Therefore analytics were hard to get immediately. However, key metrics that were tracked were site visits, leads, inquires, pages per session and bounce rate.
Key learnings were around what UX methods to use for a big project, with a limited budget and resources. I ended up leaning heavily on Google analytics to help identify problem areas, critical paths and define personas. Coupled with testing with real users, this allowed us to produce a collaborative well-rounded final design.
