This book tells, with simplicity and rigor, the origin and evolution that paper cribs have had over the centuries, in different parts of the world and with constructive innovations. The reader is accompanied on virtual paths through time and space through which they can appreciate the different interpretations that are given of this particular devotional and artistic expression.

The work was carried out closely leasing with authors Pier Luigi Bombelli writer and Emanuela Carpani, Superintendent for Fine Arts and the landscape of Venice and its Lagoon, who followed all the stages of creation of this book. A fascinating work of graphic design, photo editing and color grading.
