"Structured space in modern greek literature"
The polysemy in the nature of architecture, allows an approach from various perspectives. Through a flashback in modern Greek literature, from folk tradition (c. 10th century AD) until today, the relationship between literature and architecture is presented; a dynamic relationship in its evolutionary progress, always under the light of the sociopolitical fermentations our nation suffered in the course of centuries. Literature highlights architecture and together they make a journey through our nation's modern history. It is an analysis of the literary heritage from the perspective of the architect, who is primarily interested in space, through the quotation of memorable excerpts of each generation.
