Awfully Posh
The Brief
Awfully Posh specialise in amazing snack products but there existing packaging was outdated and to focussed on pork which hadn't allowed them to expand the range.
The 2020 plan for the business was to expand their offering into other snack categories and wanted to update the packaging design to be modern and less focussed on pigs/pork products.
The Design
We started with the logo, we simplified the design as the old logo was a merge of mismatching fonts.
As we knew there would be new categories on the way in the awfully posh range we wanted to make sure we could tie all the products together but still have a way of differentiating the categories. For the pork snack packaging we decided to use a patterned background with colour variants in relation to the flavours this would also allow future products in other categories to have a different pattern but still maintain a link to the overarching brand look.
