Two pieces created for the exhibition 'Say So' which opens at No End Contemporary Art Gallery the 16th of January 2020. The exhibition, curated by Carmen Koetje, encourages artists to explore the communicative value of graphic design beyond commercial purposes.
The two pieces started as sketching areas for other pieces that explored how an idea forms and how that idea is articulated. These two pieces ended up being more expressive, dynamic and representative of the contrast that exists between forming an idea and expressing that idea.
