UX mapping of the Europ Assistance site
This was one of the tasks I undertook while being a UX / UI design intern in DigitasLbi Milano. Since this client needed a better user experience, a mobile app and an overall visual identity, I started this project by mapping the whole website Information Architecture (IA) and the elements that are present in this website to find a simpler way to present the most important information.
