Navigator Student - Gooru
Gooru is co-creating a free personalized learning platform for with educators, learners, and partners to amplify learning outcomes for each student. Gooru empowers teachers to find, remix, and share collections of web resources on any K-12 topic. With millions of open multimedia resources and quiz questions, Gooru organizes all online learning content and connects a community of educators and learners to meet students’ unique needs.
Navigator is one product with four applications that empowers students to reach their learning destination, teachers to facilitate personalized learning, administrators to track performance and scale success, and content providers to reach a greater audience.
Navigator locates the student and builds their learner profile with a "Skyline" to pinpoint the knowledge and skills they have already mastered and which they have yet to learn. The “Skyline" allows stakeholders to see a student’s aggregate competency level at any given moment.
