Valea Re-Branding Project
Description:
Valea is a multi-brand, specialist retail chain catering to women who had undergone breast procedures and in particular mastectomy. They provide external prostheses, lingerie, swimwear and related breast care products.
Challenges and Services:
For Valea’s tenth anniversary they wanted to re-brand in order to:
- Launch the franchise internationally,
- Emphasise the brand’s benefits to a wider range of women undergoing a variety of breast procedures,
- Re-position the brand to emphasise the fashionable nature of its products, in addition to maintaining the integrity of providing a medical solution to its customers.
It was also important to Valea’s strategy that the re-branding emphasise the community aspect of being a Valea customer. In particular, the in-store experience and related personal, customer services, such as lymph massage.
