Loqqers
Introduction
Loqqers is a startup company that seeks to introduce the idea of smart lockers within the United Kingdom.

As this kind of technology was not so readily available, the business owners found an opportunity to create a more convenient, easy to use, and safe method of travel and shopping for business and leisure.

The product was already there, but the company needed a logo, a brand, and a platform to pitch itself to prospects and potential business partners.

Project Brief and Discussion
The business owners had an idea of what they wanted their brand to look like.

Some useful keywords and concepts that they wanted to highlight were

-Modern
-Integrated with the environment
-Ease of Use
-Freedom
-Convenience
-Safety
-Flexibility
-Usable by all

In addition, they very much liked the way Air BnB had designed their logo and brand.  They wanted something along the same lines in terms of a logo and website.  They also clarified that they were a startup, so they would be short on usable features and content as the brand was really in its infancy.

Therefore, this would be an ongoing relationship between us where I would provide some design insight on the direction their brand.  Since they were short on time, they suggested to design a logo together with a very simple website that would highlight what their brand was, visual content to show the product in action, and a brief description of their mission.
Logo Design
I made a number of notes and designs during the intial meetings to get a good understanding of what they wanted out of their logo.  They also highlighted a number of existing smart locker brands outside of the United Kingdom to draw inspiration from.

Using all this information, I came up with a number of different logo ideas for them to comment on.
Of the logos I presented, they very much liked the last logo and wanted to use it.  They also insisted that I change it to "Loqqers" as that specific domain name was available and would be more akin to the word "lockers".
Website Design
As they had no content, marketing material, or actual photos, I was very much left to my own devices to try and put something together.  I used photos from the supplier's website and put together a number of scenes that showed the product on display and the kind of setting it would be used in.

Scenes
Using Wix as a web-design platform, I created a one-page website that would get the message across to any viewer.
More scenes were created to showcase an environment similar to their targeted business partners such as shopping centres and convention centres.
More work was done on the website to create a suitable landing page with icons and text to match.  As more information regarding the brand and direction were identified, these were then reflected on the website.
With every meeting, more changes and additions were needed to make the site.  The final version of the logo and brand colours were set in stone, and the very first version of the website went live and is viewable at: https://loqqers.com
