MAX Credit Union's marketing team already had a vision for what they wanted to see. The "Elevate Money Market" is a new type of account that encourages saving for whatever life puts in your path. The simple concept was to have a "money paper plane" carrying the viewer through different scenes depicting life events where savings is key — Vacation, emergencies, and investments. The designs, color and tone were all coordinated with the MAX team and their concurrent collateral work on the campaign.

The production schedule was created with multiple approval points to accommodate the tight turn around. Sign-off points were created for storyboards, boardomatic, styleframes, animatic, and final render.

Working to lock down concept, we then moved into cutting an animatic to finesse timing, music and then finally move into creating the style frames.

The first pass of styleframes really nudged everyone into deciding what was working, and what wasn't.
