It was my first summer in Sweden. I studied Swedish full-time and didn't have any job. I had eternal days of Scandinavian summer and a box of art materials, so I decided to try the old watercolour palette which was abandoned for a decade since I graduated from college.
Architecture has been always fascinating me. Stockholm - the most beautiful city I ever been, so I really enjoy every opportunity to explore.
Scandinavian landscapes inspire any season!
Experiments with different art tools to express the textures of objects and nature.
Sketching during my vacation in Italy
Each sketch is a memory, a story...
Inspired by my progress, I came up with an idea to start free painting events in Stockholm. So, early June I announced my first meet-up on FB and was surprised when saw more 10 people attended! I started running art events every week, sometimes like workshops for beginners, or just nice gatherings with other watercolour lovers.
Yesterday I opened my first personal exhibition in Stockholm. I am really happy to see how this spontaneous idea has become a finished project. The exhibition is opened every day and will continue until the end of January.
