Ramona is a set of chair and high table ideal for any environment. Inspired in Scandinavian design.

We decided to make a contrast between materials and to create a clean and apparently light structure and as detail in the structure to occupy a break that is obtained to observe from a frontal and later view, laterally it is obtained the visual harmony like set.

It seeks to be a simple and clean design to adapt to any space and stand out not by characteristics such as striking colors or eccentric shapes, but by its rationality and holistic configuration.

Project in collaboration with: Sebastian Rivero, Sofia Padilla, Aura Murillo. 

Duration of the development of the project from sketches to final product: 5 weeks

The use of metal and wood were chosen to create a contrast of textures and appearances, but respecting the combination of neutral and sober colors, where the seat fabric does not become something foreign to the design, but complements it.

Its production becomes very effective, since the metallic structures are configured to be placed only on the wooden surface and screwed, conserving their structural stability and resistance, as well as a great resistance to efforts, achieving a balance with the use of light materials, due to their thickness and density. 

Mechanical assemblies take care of the clean image of the furniture, reflect simplicity and mark the balanced contrast between the materials.
