This is the final endeavor of a semester long seminar pertaining to everything timber related. Taught by Alex Timmer at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's School of Architecture and Urban Planning, this curriculum zooms in on every aspect of planning, designing, and building a mass timber structure.
We were tasked with creating a simple, multi-seasonal, carbon-conscious camping pavilion. One design capable of serving the four drastically different seasons that the Midwest experiences.

My Name is Walter Moran, I am a Junior at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the School of Architecture and Urban Planning. I am a member of UWM's chapter of American Institute of Architecture Students, I am the founder of two independent undergraduate research projects and I play on the club water polo team.
