8.4.2 Create an Instructional Video

Project 8.4.2 Create an Instructional Video, Part 3
This assignment was the completion of the Create an Instructional Video process.  This assignment's focus was to apply learning theory to previous version of video to find areas for improvement, complete the final cut using editing and audio techniques to increase effectiveness of the instructional video, and apply video editing techniques to increase the effectiveness of an instructional video.
The instructor, Dr. Sharon Wyly, and fellow peers were the primary audience and individuals new to gardening were the secondary audience.  The purpose of the assignment was to refine the rough cut from the previous week into a final cut including adding music and video transitions.
A review of the intermediate cut by my instructor and peers resulted in the following recommendations: reduce the number of information cards, adjust the audio in the garden store.

Following the recommendations provided above, two of the information cards were removed to reduce the amount of reading required, video transitions were included from the title card to the introduction clip and after the closing card, and music was added.  The audio from the store remained slightly distorted.
Below is the final version.
