The letters in “Maritime” was converted into an individual pictogram to show some of the things that the workers in Singapore’s port do. The pictogram was inspired by the most common scenario that took place there was a ship that docks in Singapore’s port, a container or cargo would then be lifted off the ship carefully and it would be placed at the empty lots for a while. When it is time to set sail again, the containers would be carried back to the ship and off they go which is shown by the waves at the end. If the viewers were to see closer, they would be able to see the letters ‘M’, ‘A’, ‘R’, ‘I’, ‘T’, ‘I’, ‘M’ and ‘E’.
