Nets Gaming Crew Work
Nets GC Mock Draft Template
Overview- I was given a few hours to finish this project as the NetsGC Mock Draft was coming up, and they needed something quick to show their picks with the teams. So they came to me, and this is what I made. I used aspects from my other designs I did for them to be able to make this fast like the background style, so all I had to focus on was the placement of the logos and names and making sure the design flowed well.
NETSGC PLAYER TEMPLATE
Notion- My goal for this was to make something unique for the Nets that stood out from the other teams, so I decided to go with a motion design with stuff flying from one side to the other to draw attention. Because I was trying to draw attention, I also went into detail heavily as you can see I made Lavish’s head sticking out of the box a bit and you can see him in the background next to the NetsGC logo.
NETSGC SCORE TEMPLATE
Theory-This animation was intended to be much like the Player Template to keep the designs streamlined. As you can tell there’s a lot of differences and a lot of similarities, I wanted to keep the similarities as said before like the boxes, cross animation movement, and what information was displayed like their social media and logos. If I would redo this project again, I would most likely switch the spots of the score and the W/L because I think it is more important to see the score first and more comfortable at a glance then just who won.
NETSGC TWITTER HEADERS
Purpose- I noticed that none of the NetsGC players had the same Twitter headers so I thought it would be a great idea to create them all one so they could match and look more streamlined. My goal for this was to keep the designs similar to the other two animations, so I made sure to have the big Brooklyn bar at the bottom like the others. I also made sure to go into detail so for each player I had them faded in the background as you can see right about their number on the header.
