ІDEA.
The project entails the reconstruction of an outdated low-rise bank building into a modern multi-story office center. Situated in the historical part of the city, the building serves as a multifunctional contemporary business location. Here, one can host conferences, arrange presentations, or simply visit the café. It's a space designed for business, event organization, and comfortable daily work for employees of both large and small companies. The height of the building is determined by the historical structures in the area, while the facades are constructed using modern building and energy-saving technologies. The roof features an accessible terrace with the potential for creating a garden space.

Проект реконструкції адміністративної застарілої низько поверхової будівлі банку в сучасний багатоповерховий офісний центр. Будівля розташована в історичній частині міста та представляє собою багатофункціональну сучасну бізнес локацію. Тут можна провести конференцію, влаштувати презентацію, чи просто відвідати кав'ярню. Це простір для бізнесу, організації подій та комфортної повсякденної роботи для працівників великих та малих компанії.
