"RIGHT OUT OF THE VEGGIE PATCH" (the fruit and vegetable collection)
The fruit and vegetable collection comprises of 7 handkerchiefs . Dyed above (from left to right) are pomegranate , turmeric , purple cabbage , spinach , onion peels , beetroot and orange peels with a dash of turmeric respectively.
"NEED ME SOME CAFFEINE" (the beverage collection)
The beverage collection comprises of three main hot beverages, i.e drinking chocolate also known as hot cocoa , tea and coffee as displayed in the above image respectively.
Displayed below are Work in Progress images of the whole Natural dyeing process
(above) Cocoa , coffee and beetroot dyes simmering for a while before dunking in the fabrics
(below) cloth soaking in tea and turmeric dye(s)
(above) chopped up purple cabbage ready to be boiled in a water and vinegar base
