A heartbeat monitor for teenage couples who have recently fallen in love, that uses the camera on your phone to monitor your heartbeats, to record and share the excitement with your loved one.
Let the heart beat a bit faster!
Here is a moodboard for the UI design of the app. As the target users are teenagers, I looked for some bright and contrasting colors. I picked a vibrant color palette from the moodboard.
To balance out these vibrant colors, I used a clean and simple sans serif font throughout except for the title of the app; for which I used a thicker sans serif font which gave it a funky look that symbolizes the teenage.
I created a small icon library. Icons must have a particular visual language.
The mock-up screens were created using the finalized font, color palette and icons.
