How might we reposition the traditional brand Melitta into the new generation?
The creation of a smart coffee experience ecosystem, where the millennials can use the Melitta App to connect with their friends or to meet new people in hotspots of the city. This allows the users to gain points which can be invested in social projects or changed in free coffee. This data generation will allow Melitta to understand their new target and position in the new generation. The whole proposal is designed based of a research of the millennial characteristics and desires: the necessity of feeling special, important, valuable, the love of technology, the crave for attention, the desire for community, and the belief that they can change the world.
The Coffee Talk is a Mobile App that allows a Melitto to meet their friends or meet new people in a Melitta Hotspot to have a coffee together.
