This architectural animation is a presentation of the future student dormitory project in America. The huge complex includes a dining room, game rooms, a gym, its own cafe, and pool, as well as living rooms. The back yard has party equipment and has parking.
In this animation, you see both interior and exterior views of the building. Also, there are some aerial scenes made of compositing real flay-over footage and 3d animation.
