So here are some tips on how to reduce your pollution:
1. Ask the coffee shop waiter kindly to let you use your own cup or mug, or even your own metal straw (do you really need a straw?).
2. Carry your own canvas shopping bag when going shopping.
3. Donate or sell your clothes and buy second hand or even better, celebrate a get together with friends where you can exchange clothes.
