Context:
One of the goals of the Universal Group Human Resources department was to hire more employees in all of their construction divisions, so I designed a campaign called #LifeAtUniversal in which I had captured photos that showcased the employees in action. Since the construction industry is heavily safety-focused, there are also photos highlighting the PPE and equipment used.
For Universal Health & Safety, however, the photos of the facility and equipment were captured to show the new space and to attract new students to join the division's in-class courses.
These photos were also used for various campaigns and to build up company stock photo inventory that could be used for other campaigns.
