We designed the new packaging and developed naming proposals for Buondi Caffè's portfolio of roasted-whole-bean products in Greece, which is part of a wider repositioning effort by the brand. For the Greek market, the brand changes its name to Buondi Craft, moves away from the idea of "Italian culture" and celebrates artisanal coffee culture and "coffee expertise". Our task was to find a way for the packaging to reflect Nestlé Professional's obsession with detail and perfection, as well as bring the brand's key message to life: "handcrafted with passion". Our solution is based on this concept and draws inspiration from the origin of great coffee, namely the coffee plant. Styled in a free way, this approach visually narrates the story of the coffee bean from flower to roasted coffee bean. Two additional products were illustrated with colourful traditional patterns inspired by their countries of origin. The same visual style has been applied to all packages, so that they can all stand together on the shelf as a consistent group.
