This was a personal project I set out for myself as a means of trying different design avenues, the task was to create three movie posters that were clear, visually striking and representative of the movie concepts I set before designing, these were; ‘Raid’, an action & crime story set in a dystopian future. ‘Earl’, a documentary on the life of music artist ‘Earl Sweatshirt’ and ‘The story of Bianca’, a psychological drama highlighting the mental escape a young girl named Bianca finds in the doodles she draws of her everyday life.

The main challenge of this project was capturing the appropriate visuals that describe the themes of the films, this was overcome by listing the themes for each and understanding the first thing that needed to be communicated, from here I was able to construct a visual solution for each film.
