The principle of modern minimalism "the less – the better", with elements of loft style, was taken as the basis for the design of the flat. The exception was the children's room, made in the style of modern classics, using pastel colours. The main goal in planning the flat was to strive for ergonomic comfort and elegant functionality.
The original layout was changed, dividing the flat into separate rooms by a corridor. The space was divided into two areas: an open-plan day area with a kitchenette and a bedroom area with a bathroom.
The flat layout consists of a kitchen, a large spacious living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wardrobe. The interior is decorated in a monochrome scheme with concise and comfortable furniture made of natural materials.
