Xantolo family



Xantolo (it is pronounce seantolo) is a semi-sans contemporary humanist typeface family. Its shapes were designed to work properly in children's literature and short texts, with a great performance in print and digital formats. 

His character set covers Latin plus and includes special graphemes for Nahuatl and phonetic capitals for Chatino (native mexican languages). It also includes a special set of lettering articles and conjunctions in Spanish and English.

Finally Xantolo has some ornaments alluding to the day of the dead, a Mexican festivity from where its peculiar name is given and its shapes were inspired.
