Autism: A coworker's guidebook

As part of my course project, I made this guidebook which explains everything one needs to know about Autism using simple illustrations and easy language. Also, I made it bilingual for the convenience of most number of users.
For my study, I visited a center for Autism called Sol's Arc in Mumbai. I got to meet a lot of amazing kids who were all unique in their own ways. Talking to their teachers there, I was told that the school helps the older students get placed in companies where their skills can be used. Due to lack of awareness among people about Autism, they have a hard time convincing the employers to have them as employees.

Through this guidebook, I have tried to make it easier for coworkers and employers to understand about Autism and make some little arrangements in their workplace for them.
Some earlier versions of spreads from the guidebook.
I designed a thin, handy booklet and kept the layout as clean and minimal as possible. The final booklet looks like this:
These are some illustrations and pages from the book. I kept the illustrations simple yet colorful so that the guidebook doesn't seem boring to go through. Fonts used in the booklet are Noto Sans (for english) and Poppins (for Devanagiri).
Finding gainful work and employment is a vital part of ensuring the general well-being and happiness of an adult with autism. If the right amount of support is provided, irrespective of the nature of the employment, most adults with autism would be successful participating members in their work place. This project is just a little step towards the bigger concept of inclusiveness.
