To make this possible Quilliam’s Critters is an edutainment app gear towards incorporating play into learning. The app will feature different bugs that students can find. Once found the game unlocks games and videos that educate students on that type of bug. A scanner within the app encourages children to go into the world and find bugs to unlock them faster. To encourage further learning, a bug catching kit, branded with the Quilliam’s Critters logo and colors will be available for purchase. Finally, a promotion video featuring the apps mascot, Quilliam, will circulate online and on cable television to spread knowledge of the app.
