Hinterhöfe
Hinterhöfe is a photography project that focuses on minimalist street photography. The intent is to find beauty in the ordinary. Clarity and simplicity play an important role in the pictures.
Two additional elements of the project are portrait and self-portrait. While the minimalism of the street photography continues in the portraits, the self-portraits brake the minimal pattern by an analog double exposure.
The layout of the photo catalogue focuses on the combination of the various elements. The lines of the street photography are taken up, continued, mirrored, contrasted and played with, by the portraits.
