Every year, a CalArts BFA design class is asked to design the packaging for the Annual CalArts Jazz CD, which are all original compositions of the CalArts music students. The collaborative work of Dawoon Jeung and Crystal Yi, was chosen to be the design for the 23rd Annual CalArts Jazz CD. Through our design we wanted to express the improvisation of Jazz with a variety of colors, textures and organic elements.
