四 季 食 曆
中國的先秦時期,就觀察到太陽的周年運動。他們根據運動規律,將太陽周年運動軌跡劃分成24個節氣,每個節氣有三侯,壹侯隔五日。這壹套用來指導古代農事的歷法,在漢代就已完全確立。
二十四節氣不僅被用來指導農事,還被視作“不時不食”的飲食參考。“不時不食”是壹個古老的概念,在《論語·鄉黨第十》中已有記載,《黃帝內經·素問》中提到:司歲備物“,提醒人們應當遵循時令來準備食物。我以“時令”的概念設計了這本“食物日歷”。與中國藝術家李知彌先生合作完成這個項目。這個項目企在提醒我們忙碌的人們,慢下來,關心周遭的環境變化,被借以美食去發掘生活的美妙。
The annual movement of the sun was observed during the Pre-Qin period in China. According to the law of motion, they divided the annual movement track of the sun into 24 solar terms, each with three Hou and one Hou separated by five days. This set to guide the ancient agricultural calendar, in the Han dynasty has been fully established.
The 24 solar terms were not only used to guide farming, but were also regarded as dietary references for "not eating from time to time". "Not to eat from time to time" is an ancient concept, which has been recorded in the tenth chapter of the analects of Confucius, and mentioned in the yellow emperor's Neijing Suwen: "prepare food at the age of four", which reminds people to prepare food according to the season. I designed the food calendar with a seasonal concept. Cooperated with Chinese artist Mr.  Zhimi lee  to complete this project. This project serves as a reminder to busy people to slow down, take care of the environment around us, and use food to discover the beauty of life.
