The Briefing: Pin family company commissioned us to create an identity for the traditional "Salsa Fresca" products. Handmade Italian sauces for pasta & pizza, made with the most delicious & fresh ingredients. They wanted to blend the heritage of the family on the Italian products with the new ideas and of course the love for pasta.
The Design: To pay tribute to the heritage, we create an iconic avatar, Mr Pin which represents the love of the family on the traditional products and for pasta. We wanted to show the pleasure on his eyes when eating pasta. For the identity we mix modern shapes and layout, with pastel colours inspired from the Italian country side. The overall goal was to keep it simple with as little ingredients as possible.
