In October 2019 we were invited to be a part of Signal Festival for its 6th edition in lovely Prague. This invitation marked a historical landmark for illo: our very first video mapping design for a theme we deeply root for - Revolution. Celebrating 30 years since the renowned Velvet Revolution brought the fall of the Czech communist regime, the festival gave us the opportunity to put our creativity to good use, on a higher scale.

We built our project focusing on four different stages: starting with the repressive Regime and moving towards the Revolution, with the upcoming Evolution and the promise of a better life with a redesigned Future. The videos were projected every evening in Lyčkovo Square throughout the festival, gathering excited crowds of visitors, eager to see a revolution in colors.
