Protecting Humankind:
1st Character Design
Brief: To create two character designs based on the story chosen by ourselves.
These are the final designs of my own characters. A turntable to show the different views of each character.

Her name, 'Désirer' translates to Desire in French and 'Rōzu' means Rose in Japanese. Her father who is Japanese picked the word to represent the strong want for her to be able to do anything she can or wants to do and achieve great things in life. Also to the word rose in her name, is to signify love, care and respect her parents have for her and hopes she has and gives the same characters to everyone around her.
In the environment she lives in, she has always been struggling from depression since she was 13 years old. At home, her parents would always argue and fight, eventually getting a divorce at 15. In addition to that, she was always being called a crybaby for her sensitive nature in school. Despite being very nice and giving endless care to everyone and having a few close friends nearby, she would always have a few encounters on her close friends turning on her. So she became less fond of people and became less nicer to others as she got older. Currently, she lives alone with just her siblings whom are her eldest sister (21) and younger brother (15). All three of the children agreed among themselves that they disliked their own parents for their actions towards each other and them. They did not like to either live with their own parents. Eventually, leaving their own parents behind and chose to live on their own.
