I took this brief as an opportunity too update my resume. I had the logo already so I thought it would be good idea to do for this brief. I did try to update an old presentation how I felt it was about to old and I forgot most of the content that was involved. This resume is the final design I have chosen.
This is the old resume I used to update.
I needed and interesting font for my name that would stand out. The bland black lettering stood out but I felt like it need to be more interesting. The darker grey stood out much then the lighting. I changed the alignment to fit it and stand out more in the layout. The last vector of my name was to created with some play in mind. However this was a bit to busy for the title font.
These vectors where created to portray my various hobbies giving some fun, a look into myself whilst also showing off some of my vector skills.
This was the layout I used to create the various layouts of the resume designs.
This was a first draft of the resume. I was having trouble with the vectors and layouts. I was finding it too bland but didn't want to make something either too busy or too bland.
These three layouts where created during the play of design. Trying to create something that visually interesting with out making it too busy or bland whilst maintaining a visual literacy.
