Shiba Inu Illustrations
A weekend project entailing a set of adorable illustrations of a shiba inu character. The intention of the art style and composition is to evoke different emotions through the lens of a relaxed, silly dog. I had a lot of fun with this project and might consider creating more of these illustrations!
The use of Japanese Onomatopoeia (sound effects) was researched and used to fit the situation. You will notice there are some Japanese characters added into the illustrations. It was fun to learn about a unique and quirky yet huge aspect of a language foreign to me.
